SuperDuperSumoSmoothie

1/2 cup orange juice
2 scoops orange sherbet
1 banana
5 - 6 fresh strawberries
6 ice cubes
1 scoop vanilla flavored protein powder
1 tsp creatine monohydrate

Throw everything into a blend and blend the shite out of it. Pour into glass. Drink.
